Victoria joined PMC Legal in March 2024 and is a senior funds management and financial services lawyer with over 15 years of industry experience. Victoria has expertise in product development and has launched various financial products such as managed funds, ETFs and IDPS platforms.
Prior to PMC Legal, Victoria worked as a senior lawyer at Vanguard Australia advising its range of managed funds, ETFs and its IDPS platform. Prior to this Victoria held roles at large financial services organisations including Insignia Financial (formerly IOOF) and Australian Unity. In both these roles, Victoria advised on a broad range of financial services matters including fund transactions and mergers, offer document preparation, due diligence and governance matters, general licensing and review of key service provider agreements including investment manager agreements.
Victoria also worked at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission gaining valuable regulatory insight and experience.
Victoria has a strong commercial focus and understanding of client’s business and operational requirements. She enjoys working closely with her clients to offer commercial and innovative solutions.
