What PMC Legal offers you

At PMC Legal, we strive to offer:

  • An enjoyable, truly flexible and rewarding workplace for team members. We reward our people differently and competitively to traditional firms. We provide a highly transparent and motivating remuneration model that encourages our lawyers to excel and grow. We encourage team members to own client relationships and reward them for this. We are committed to continuous improvement of our systems and technology to provide a genuine flexible and innovative working environment for team members. • Expert advice. We know an enormous amount about our specialist area of law. We know how to apply the law to our client’s businesses and solve their legal challenges. We are innovative thinkers and problem solvers. “No” is not the default answer. We don’t dabble in areas we are not experts. We refer clients to other like-minded specialists rather than attempt to be a “one stop shop”.
  • Premium industry knowledge and insight. We understand the industry and how it works now and where it is headed. We are valued members of, and contributors to, the top industry bodies and advisers. We share our knowledge and collaborate with clients, industry, regulators and law makers. • Personal service. We are proud of what we do and who we are. We treat people fairly and respectfully. We truly care about the quality of our work and how our clients rate us. We are personable and form deep relationships with team members and clients. We enjoy the journey with our clients. We enjoy the journey with team members.

Our difference

Our business model is different to (and we think better than) traditional professional services firms. We are a diverse team but share core common values of professionalism and decency. We don’t worry too much about titles because we value everyone. Our footprint is small as we generally don’t commute and we don’t host elaborate meeting rooms. But our services are exceptional. We look forward to working together.
