Mitch is a keen funds management and financial services lawyer with experience in product development and listed and unlisted investment trusts. Mitch has assisted in the establishment of registered and unregistered funds (including quoted and listed funds) and investment mandate products. This experience has seen Mitch develop a familiarity with an array of asset types including public securities, private credit, real property and infrastructure.
Prior to joining PMC Legal, Mitch worked as legal counsel for two Australian corporate trustees advising on a range of financial products including managed funds, LITs and ETFs. This experience has encouraged Mitch to take a holistic approach to all complex matters. Mitch has a strong commercial focus with a niche for identifying pressure points in a transaction. He enjoys driving positive client outcomes and seeing those around him achieve success.
