Previously, Adrian was a Senior Associate at Australian law firm MinterEllison, advising global and domestic fund managers on fund establishments, registration of managed investment schemes, fund restructures and complex operational issues. Adrian’s experience there spanned many different fund structures, including onshore and offshore, retail and wholesale, ETFs, private equity and property funds. He also advised on several large scale corporate transactions and financial services licensing and regulatory issues.
